Modern Warfare 2 Now A 3rd Person Shooter

modern-warfare-2That’s right ladies and gents, Modern Warfare 2 is now going to bring you the option of playing in third person. This option will be in private matches and certain playlists only though. In private matches, if you select it, third person mode will make everyone play in third person, ala Socom Confrontation. Then Robert Bowling, aka fourzerotwo, also stated that the third person mode would be available in one if not two playlists, more then likely a team deatchmatch and then some type of sabotage gameplay. Look out for Modern Warfare 2 hitting stores November 10th, and don’t forget to preorder via Amazon as they are still giving you $20 for preordering it through them.

I hope there’s a choice during the game lobby creation or search. Otherwise, you going to have a bunch of peeps using this damn 3rd person to see around corners and having an upper hand.
